When it is necessary to process your geometries in traditional CAD environments our Reverse Engineering options allow you to export the 3D models from the Mimics Innovation Suite to IGES files ⁽¹⁾ .This is useful when you are working with third party visualization software that only handles CAD files or you would like to continue using the traditional workflow for FEA/CFD simulations.
